The apartment is located in the Residence Marina Corsa, near Ghisonaccia (5 km), in a large park of 100 mile mq.

On the ground floor with garden or on floors (1° or 2°) with balcony, the apartment may be an attic apartment (on 2 levels). The kitchenette (with electric hot plates) in the living room, is furnished of microwave and Italian moka.
