Flat in Manerba del Garda, inside the Residence "San Sivino" with swimming pool and direct access to the beach and the lake.


The flat welcomes the guests with the living room equipped with double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, TV and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, citrus squeezer, coffee machine and toaster.

The living room overlooks the beautiful terrace equipped with dining table and chairs from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the park.

The flat continues with the bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe, and the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Available to guests are air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection and services of the residence such as parking space and swimming pool.

*Guests can easily park 1 car in the private parking space inside the Residence San Sivino.

The swimming pool is available from 01 May to 30 September. The use of swimming cap is required.

At a small extra cost, possibility to provide a cot and high chair for children.

Small pets are allowed upon request.

The town of Manerba is nestled in the green hills of Valtenesi and in the hinterland the farms offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding experiences, local trattorias and beautiful golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and holiday villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, destination for pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where you can see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.


The strong point of the residence are the open and condominium spaces; the large green condominium park of 10.000 metres offers the possibility of games for the little ones together with a small playground area equipped with swings and table tennis; the swimming pool, divided into two areas, one shallow and one for adults, is characterised by its total view of the lake and its proximity to the latter, allowing the guests of this splendid residence to relax in the water while listening to the waves of the lake and breaking on the beach.


The airport of Verona is only 45 minutes drive from the Residence.
