Description of the apartment

Our holiday flat "Dachstübchen" is located in the outbuilding on the 1st floor. It has a separate entrance and together with holiday flat "Sonnenblume" on the ground floor an information room.

The holiday flat is 47 m² in size and is spread over two floors. It is divided as follows: a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower/WC, an open-plan living/dining room with a kitchenette. From the living area, a somewhat narrower wooden staircase leads to the cosy bedroom with two single beds under the roof. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine (no dishwasher). There is also a stereo system and a TV in the flat. A baby cot can be set up additionally, for this we charge a one-time fee of 10.00 euros including bed linen.

Description of the accommodation

Our idyllically situated, former farm is located on the outskirts of Dorfmark on a 6,500 square metre property. From here you can easily go on cycling and hiking tours, reach the amusement parks in the area in a short time, as well as the Lüneburg Heath Nature Reserve with all its sights.
Arrive and the holiday begins in our cosy three holiday flats!

All holiday flats are of high quality, lovingly and comfortably furnished. You will also find rest and relaxation in our lovingly designed garden. On the property there are parking spaces, a playground and football pitch with table tennis, the possibility to barbecue or just relax in the garden. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the village. A varied leisure programme is therefore guaranteed. We offer our guests free rental bicycles, a visit with the boss in our private vintage tractor museum with more than 15 lovingly restored tractors from the 40s and 50s and a tour for children on the "Dieselross".

Fewo "Sonnenblume" (36 m²) and Fewo "Dachstübchen" (47 m²) are located on the 1st floor, have their own entrance and an information room. Both flats are equipped with a bedroom with space for a baby cot, shower room/WC, living/dining room with kitchenette (no dishwasher).
In the "Dachstübchen" apartment, a somewhat narrower wooden staircase leads from the living area to the cosy "under the roof" bedroom with two single beds - very popular with children!
The "Eichenblick" apartment (68 m²) is located in the main house on the 1st floor, also with its own entrance. It has a furnished, 10 m² loggia, hallway, living room, dining room and two separate bedrooms. The separate kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and freezer compartment in the fridge. The bathroom has a barrier-free shower and WC.

A coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, hairdryer, make-up mirror, flat screen TV with satellite TV (in apartment "Eichenblick" also with DVD player), stereo system, a small library (also for children) and a collection of games are available in all flats. WLAN shared use. High chair free of charge on request. Please book a baby cot with bed linen: € 10.00 per stay.

The prices include hand and shower towels (weekly change), bed linen, tea towels, all additional costs (heating, water, electricity) and final cleaning.

Please understand that smoking is not permitted in all flats.
Arrival from between 13:00 and 18:00 (if it will be later, please inform us!);
Departure until 10:00. Please pay the holiday price in cash on arrival.

Baby cot and high chair: 10.00 euros per stay.
Extra bed (sofa bed) on request: 10.00 euros per night.

The washing machine is available for shared use: 3.50 euros per wash cycle including detergent, the tumble dryer is available for shared use for 3.50 euros per dry cycle. Laundry racks and clothes pegs are available.
