Historic Finca Son Costa - classic, modernised manor house on 21 hectares of land with 2000 sqm of garden and lawn, a private pool (12m x 5m). Occupancy up to 16 people is possible, price on request.

In these ancient walls you walk in the footsteps of the 16th century. Wide stone walls, worn cobblestones and the typical architectural style of the time immediately create an atmosphere of security and stimulate the imagination. The old mill tower is visible from the street and points the way to the entrance, which ends in an archway. The 500 square metre building has a total of 5 double bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room. Of the 4 bathrooms, 3 are en suite, one is on the ground floor as a pool bathroom. There is also a guest toilet. The mixture of antique brickwork and furniture with modern technology offers the usual comfort of modern times combined with the charm of bygone eras. The property has always been family-owned. All beds and mattresses are from 2012 and the 12 x 5 metre pool was completed at the end of March 2012. Dishwasher and washing machine are available.
You can celebrate events on the finca, but only up to max. 80 people. An extra fee will be charged and the deposit will be increased.

The living room and the kitchen are in good condition, yet it retains the rustic and historical touch, which makes this finca a unique property.
The private pool is 12 metres long, in the garden you can enjoy the great outdoors with a fixed barbecue.
The prices are for an occupancy of up to max. 10 people, but you can still stay with up to max. 14 people. Please just ask!

Location

The Finca Son Costa is located in the heart of Mallorca, only about 2km from the village of Montuïri.

There are small supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. You can get to the motorway very quickly and you can reach Palma in only about 20 minutes.
