Description of the apartment

Our bright flat of 75 square metres is generously proportioned and can accommodate up to 4 adults. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The foot ends of the beds are open.
In the living room there is a fireplace with stove bench, as well as a TV and seating.
The well-equipped kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and kitchen linen.
The dining area has a table with 6 chairs.
The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and a toilet. A further WC and spacious storage room are available for you.

Description of the accommodation

Spacious, child-friendly holiday flat on the mezzanine floor, in a quiet location (you need a car) and yet centrally located (approx. 8 km to Tettnang). From here you can go on beautiful bicycle tours and hikes due to the proximity to Lake Constance and the border triangle of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In winter it is not far to the ski area.
For our little guests there is play equipment in front of the house (these are set up depending on the weather from April / May to October) and a small petting zoo (rabbits, chickens and cat, free-range dog) and a small seating area with the possibility to barbecue is available.
