The village of Timmendorf is located on the western side of the island of Poel and is an attractive holiday destination, especially for families with children. Restaurants, cafés and souvenir shops are lined up along the promenade, inviting you to stroll and linger. The 140-year-old lighthouse in Timmendorf is a real landmark. Located directly on the harbour, it still serves as a navigation aid for sailors today. The fine, approx. 700 metre long sandy beach with its gently sloping Baltic Sea is just a stone's throw away. In the high season, you can enjoy a beach guarded by lifeguards and hire a beach chair. Water sports enthusiasts also get their money's worth in Timmendorf: the nearby campsite offers a kitesurfing school with its own beach access. Those who prefer quieter activities can put their skills to the test with a round of mini golf or explore the island of Poel on its countless cycling and hiking trails.

This beautiful holiday home is located in the middle of the Timmendorf promenade and offers you a direct view of the historic lighthouse and the idyllic fishing harbour from the furnished terrace. A frieze wall overgrown with hedge roses provides privacy and emphasises the maritime flair. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away and the bakery and souvenir shop are also within easy walking distance. The small garden also offers you a shed for your bicycles and a barbecue.

The house is modern and comfortably furnished for 5 to 6 people and offers the best conditions for a relaxing holiday. The light-coloured wood look of the floors is reminiscent of beach wood and numerous pictures on the walls continue the maritime character. In the combined living and dining room you will find a large flat-screen satellite TV, WLAN and a connected CD, DVD and cassette player. A bookshelf is available for bookworms. The cosy sofa invites you to relax and unwind and the fireplace provides cosy warmth and a feel-good atmosphere on cooler days. Please bring your own dry firewood. The spacious dining table seats all guests comfortably and the integrated kitchen has a cooker with oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and various other small appliances.

The three lovingly furnished bedrooms offer either a double bed or single beds and allow for restful nights. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC, and there is an additional guest WC on the ground floor of the house.

There is ample space for 2 cars in the car park right next to the house.
