I welcome you to the holiday home Reet-Koje and will guide you to your unforgettably beautiful vacation in a well-maintained atmosphere:
The location:
On the sunny island of Poel, in the village of Timmendorf-Strand, in close proximity to the beach and harbor (3 minutes' walk), my property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
A bakery, souvenir shop/kiosk, and various small restaurants are also quickly reachable on foot.
Thanks to the great proximity to the beach, you can also pop back "quickly" if you have forgotten something.
The property:
I am a cozy and spacious, single-story thatched-roof house with 104 square meters of living space.
On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating, a dining area, a kitchen, and a guest toilet. On the upper floor, there are two spacious bedrooms and the newly renovated bathroom.
A carport, garden, and terrace belong to the property.
Enclosed by hedges and bushes, you can enjoy your breakfast undisturbed on the terrace or have a barbecue evening with a sundowner.
My garden offers enough terrace space and lawn, so you can always find a spot for sunbathing or sitting in the shade. The amenities: I am furnished in a bright, modern, friendly country house style.
The high-quality and fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living room by a sliding door.
Besides the fridge-freezer combination and the electric stove with a ceramic hob, I also have a coffee maker and coffee pod machine, toaster, microwave, blender, water boiler, and egg boiler, etc. on board.
There is also an ice crusher for a nice cocktail evening. In the living room, I provide a large flat-screen satellite TV and a connected CD/DVD/Blu-ray player for you. To connect your laptop to the TV, simply bring your HDMI cable.
Of course, there is also internet/Wi-Fi* in the house. The cozy wood-burning stove** provides additional warmth and a pleasant atmosphere on cozy evenings.
Otherwise, the ground floor is heated by underfloor heating. Should you run out of reading material, no problem.
A small book collection is available for you to browse.
Feel free to use it as a swap library.
That way, you can finish reading at home in peace.
A small selection of board games, card games, and puzzles is also available for rainy days. On my upper floor are the two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed. The mattresses are available in firmness levels H2 + H3. A radio-CD player is also provided. Oh yes, in the garden shed, there is of course a barbecue, garden furniture for 4 people, 2 loungers, and 2 sun umbrellas ready for you (don't forget charcoal and firelighters for the grill!). Reet-Koje ist ein sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes, gemütliches Ferienhaus. Toll ist die ruhige Lage und der kurze Weg zum Hafen und zum Strand. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder mal.
