Located on the northern coast of Poel Island, you'll find the area "Am Schwarzen Busch". A beautiful holiday paradise close to the beach and nature.
The fine sandy bathing beach, with its gently sloping water and wide sandy shore, is particularly suitable for families with children.
During the high season, the beach is supervised, and you have the option to rent a beach chair.
Good infrastructure, dining options, and recreational activities make your stay perfect.
You can purchase daily necessities in the nearby town of Kirchdorf.
Even in the off-season, "Schwarzer Busch" offers wonderful cycling and hiking trails along its long promenades, which lead you to the neighboring towns of Gollwitz and Timmendorf.
Let yourself be invigorated by an autumn walk on the beach and then enjoy the coziness in your holiday home.
The public parking lot (behind the mini-golf course) also offers 2 charging stations (22KW, fee required) for electric cars. Up to 8 people can spend a relaxing holiday on Poel Island in this spacious holiday house with approx. 130sqm of living space. The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa corner with a TV and Wi-Fi, and a dining table with enough space for a convivial evening with friends or the entire family. The kitchen is separate and features a large dining table with chairs.
Equipped with all technical appliances, such as a stove with an oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and various kitchen utensils, the kitchen provides the best conditions for self-catering.
Furthermore, there is access to the furnished terrace with a garden, allowing you to conveniently enjoy your meals in the fresh air. The holiday house is equipped with 4 separate bedrooms.
Two rooms each have a double bed, and the other two rooms each offer two single beds.
Storage space for your wardrobe is also provided, and two children's beds are available for your use. The two bathrooms offer either a bathtub, toilet, and washbasin, or a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Your car(s) (max. 2) can be parked free of charge in the associated parking spaces on the property.

Schönes großes Haus in idealer Lage
