Kaltenhof is an idyllic, quiet place on the northern side of the island of Poel that invites you to dream and relax. Surrounded by nature, you can reach the fine sandy beach "Schwarzer Busch" in just a few minutes by bike. The popular bathing beach is particularly popular with families thanks to its gently sloping waters and wide sandy beach. The adjoining promenade also offers various catering establishments and exciting leisure activities such as mini golf and an indoor playground. You can also reach shops for your daily needs from Kaltenhof in just a few minutes by bike or car. The numerous cycling and hiking trails are the best way to explore the unspoilt island of Poel. You are welcome to hire bikes and purchase cycling and hiking trail maps from our office. Just drop by!

This approx. 100 sqm holiday home offers plenty of space for up to 5 people to spend a relaxing holiday. An open-plan living and dining area on the ground floor of the house is furnished with a cosy sofa area with TV and fireplace, a dining table and an integrated kitchen. There is also access to the furnished terrace with a small garden and stone barbecue. In the garden house you will find a parasol and sun loungers to spend a relaxing day.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, cooker with oven, kettle, coffee machine and many other technical appliances to cater for yourself.

A staircase leads to the upper floor of the house, where the three separate bedrooms are located. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, folding bed, wardrobe and additional TV set. One room has two single beds and one room is furnished with a single bed. There is plenty of storage space for your wardrobe.

The bathroom, also on the upper floor of the house, is equipped with a bathtub, WC and washbasin. The second bathroom, which is located on the ground floor of the house, has a shower, washbasin, WC and sauna.

You can park your car free of charge in the car park right next to the house.
