Kaltenhof is an idyllic, quiet place on the northern side of the island of Poel that invites you to dream and relax. Surrounded by nature, you can reach the fine sandy beach "Schwarzer Busch" in just a few minutes by bike. The popular bathing beach is particularly popular with families thanks to its gently sloping water and wide sandy beach. The neighbouring promenade also offers a variety of restaurants and exciting leisure activities, such as mini golf and an indoor playground.
You can also reach shops for your daily needs from Kaltenhof in just a few minutes by bike or car. The numerous cycling and hiking trails are the best way to explore the unspoilt island of Poel. You are welcome to hire bicycles and purchase cycling and hiking trail maps from our office. Just drop by!

Beautiful, cosily furnished holiday home on two floors for up to 5 people. A spacious combined living and dining area offers a comfortable sofa, a TV, WiFi, a dining table and access to the furnished terrace with barbecue and views of the beautiful garden.

The kitchen is open-plan and directly adjoins the living area. Here you have a fridge with freezer compartment, hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave and various small appliances.

A staircase takes you to the upper floor of the house. Here you will find the two cosy bedrooms, which are furnished with either a double bed or two single beds and wardrobes.

The modern bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. Other facilities include a washing machine, high chair and travel cot. You will find a free parking space for your car directly at the house. Your four-legged friend is also very welcome here.
