The Lancken-Granitz apartment complex is in an idyllic location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with direct access to various cycling and hiking trails on Rügen. Lancken-Granitz is a small village near the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe and Göhren and is therefore the perfect starting point for cycling tours, hikes, walks and exploring the island. The state-recognised resort is located in the heart of the south-east Rügen biosphere reserve between the Granitz mountain range and the Neuensiener See nature reserve. The small community of 400 people has grown up around a Gothic brick church dating back to the 15th century. The megalithic tombs from the Neolithic period are a tourist attraction.
The large garden offers plenty of space to relax, unwind and play, including terraces with seating areas, beach chairs, parasols and deckchairs. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the natural surroundings from the garden. There is also a barbecue area in the garden and a children's playground for our younger guests with a swing, a playhouse, a slide and a sandpit. There are also free outdoor games such as badminton, volleyball and football. Car parking spaces are located directly in front of the house and are free of charge for our guests. There is a smoking pavilion in the front garden for all smokers.
The 2-room flats have a bedroom with a box-spring bed, a living room with a sofa bed, an integrated fitted kitchen, a dining area, a shower room and a furnished terrace in the garden. All flats have smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Wi-Fi in the flats is free of charge. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the large living room. From here you have direct access to the sun terrace with garden furniture and a view of the salt marshes. Our cosy holiday flats are furnished with great attention to detail and individually designed. The furnishings are the same in all 2-room flats. All flats were renovated in 2019/2020 and are furnished in a modern style.

Lake Neuensien is within walking distance and is about 400 metres from the accommodation. The traditional fishing village of Seedorf can be reached after a leisurely stroll along the lake.
There is a bus stop on line 20 in Lancken-Granitz, which stops in Zirkow, Sellin, Baabe, Middelhagen, Gager and Thiessow, among other places. There are various shopping facilities in Sellin, approx. 4 km away (5 minutes by car).
