Welcome to a dream home, unique to Gran Canaria and recently renovated, where every corner sparks emotion and joy.
Located in a residential area in Maspalomas, just minutes from the beach and perfect for families or large groups seeking maximum privacy and tranquility.
This charming house features a large, heated private pool, surrounded by soft artificial turf that invites barefoot strolls and relaxation in the fresh breeze.
It offers 8 sun loungers and 2 Balinese beds for you to unwind while listening to the birds sing.
But the true gem of the house is its spectacular game room.
Here, entertainment comes alive with a billiard table that challenges champions, a ping pong table that sparks competitiveness, a foosball table promising laughter and excitement, a gym equipped for the most active, and various games for the youngest family members.
It also includes a playground with a trampoline, playhouse, and slide. LAYOUT: The bedrooms are distributed as follows: - 1 master bedroom with a 1.80x2.00m bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom. - 1 bedroom with two 1.05x2.00m single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom. - 1 bedroom with a 1.60x2.00m bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom. - 1 bedroom with two 1.05x2.00m single beds and a ceiling fan, with an en-suite bathroom. - 1 bedroom with one 1.05x2.00m single bed and a ceiling fan, with an en-suite bathroom. - 1 exterior apartment with a 1.35x1.90m bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, and a trundle bed where 2 more people can sleep. In total, up to 13 guests can be accommodated.
The living room features a 65" smart TV with international channels (Spain, UK, Germany...), all European sports like La Liga, Premier League..., 2 sofas, and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, refrigerator, blender, toaster, kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a filter coffee maker.
There is also a pantry with a large refrigerator and ample storage space, as well as an extra freezer kept in the garage.
The terrace has 2 outdoor tables, ideal for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in the shade.
The heated pool measures 10m x 5m and faces south, allowing enjoyment of the maximum possible sunlight throughout the day.
Pool heating is an extra service costing €350 per week, payable in cash upon arrival and to be confirmed before arrival. RULES: THE USE OF SHISHA IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON THE PROPERTY, AS IS THE ENTRY OF PERSONS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION.

The villa is really great - a lot of space and a great swimming pool. A good place to be with friends or family. There were some small items missing or not working , and the landlord replaced and corrected everything the next day. Very gratefull

We liked the quiet area with no crowds, the peaceful access road, and the well-equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was just perfect. The pool and terrace were brilliantly designed, and the location offered convenient access to various places — shops and restaurants were only a few to several minutes away by car.
What we didn’t like was the location next to the golf course, which literally surrounds the property and nearby houses, making normal walks impossible. There’s only one car entrance, and walking around takes far too long. If you’re hoping to reach the dunes on foot, you’ll be disappointed — the golf...
