Welcome to Casa Adara, a magical place designed for enjoyment and relaxation in the Maspalomas area.
It features a private pool (10m x 5m) with heating included, a built-in barbecue, a football pitch, a tennis court, a children's play area, and more.
The outdoor area has artificial turf throughout, making it very pleasant for everyday use.
High-speed, unlimited WiFi is available throughout the house. Our accommodation is located in a very quiet area, just 15 minutes from Maspalomas Beach.
It is divided into different fully private areas.
The outdoor, most spectacular part has artificial turf covering its entire surface (very pleasant for walking barefoot, playing, or simply lying down and enjoying the sun) and consists of: - A 10x5 meter heated pool with 12 sun loungers and a dining table. (Access is secured with a safety gate for child protection) - A built-in barbecue. - A chill-out area. - A space with games for children. - A football pitch. - A tennis court. - A basketball hoop. - Private parking for several cars. The main part consists of: - 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.80x2.00m), a walk-in closet, and a Smart TV. - 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.50x2.00m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. - 1 bedroom with two single beds (0.90x2.00m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. - 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (1.90mx0.90m) and a walk-in closet. - 1 bathroom with a shower. - A dining room with a table for 14 people. - A living room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed for two people. Additionally, there is a spacious kitchen with large windows to enjoy the wonderful landscape.
It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kitchen utensils, a dining table, a breakfast bar, and direct access to the terrace and pool area. On the upper floor, with independent access, are two private cabins, each with its own independent terrace, sun lounger, outdoor dining table, private en-suite bathroom with shower, Smart TV, and air conditioning.
One cabin has a double bed (1.50x2.00m) and the other has two single beds (0.90x2.00m).
The beds are of the highest quality to ensure you can relax and enjoy an excellent rest.
Cots and high chairs are available.

The cot and high chair will only be provided upon request. In total, 12 people can be accommodated in beds, plus 2 on the sofa bed.

Die Schlafzimmer waren wunderschön gestaltet und sehr komfortabel. Jedes Zimmer hatte eine liebevolle Note, und die Klimaanlage war ein wahrer Segen. Das Wohnzimmer mit dem Smart-TV war ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen am Abend.

Die Villa in Maspalomas ist einfach traumhaft! Der beheizte Pool war bei den Kindern der absolute Hit, und der Außenbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben unsere Abende mit Grillen und Chill-out verbracht. Ich kann sie wärmstens empfehlen!

La villa à Maspalomas est tout simplement incroyable ! La piscine chauffée a beaucoup plu aux enfants, et l'espace extérieur est parfait pour se détendre, Nous avons passé nos soirées à faire des grillades et à profiter de l'espace chill-out, Je recommande vivement !
