The Sun Gardens, luminous, spacious and beautifully decorated, are located in a private complex, close enough to Jávea port to explore the shops, or have a coffee in the seafront cafés, but far enough for a peaceful getaway! In the heart of this two-bedroom retreat, a large living room / dining room extends to an inner Naya with direct access to the lush gardens and the impressive outdoor pool area.

If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option! **Important Information** 1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property).
Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund. 2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included.
A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded. 3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract (Commercial Registry No.: EGVT-478-A)
