The villa Ses Cinc Claus is a modern, pleasant and well located 3 bedroom property, right next to the beach of Calan Blanes, a 2 minute walk away. The resort of Calan Blanes, has a good variety of shops and places to eat, as well as children's play areas and a water park (high season only). The old town and port of Ciutadella is a short drive or bus ride away and is well worth a visit for a wider range of facilities. The villa has 3 bedrooms; two of them with two beds each, the third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, there is also another full bathroom in the villa. The living room has satellite TV, DVD and free wifi for guests. The fully equipped kitchen, furnished terrace, barbecue, garden and private swimming pool. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms. The villa is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 6 occupants.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a compulsory deposit in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behaviour of the group during the stay have been verified.

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

In the event that this tax is not included in the price of the reservation, it must be paid before arrival by credit card.
