This flat in Plan da Tieja in S. Cristina has been recently built and stands out for its modern and elegant furnishings.
The property consists of a double bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and washing machine and a spacious and bright living room with open kitchen and double sofa bed.

Apartments Lulu offers a modern flat with a private garden, right on the ski slopes in Selva di Val Gardena!
In winter the location is perfect, as you can reach the ski slope Plan da Tieja on skis directly from the house. The ski bus stops just a few steps from the house and takes you free of charge (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lifts, such as the Col raiser and Saslong gondola. The return journey is on skis, directly to the front of the house. There is a ski hire shop less than 100 m from the house. Ski lovers will love it!
In summer, on the other hand, the Col Raiser gondola lift is particularly advantageous, only 400 m from the house. Just a few steps from the house is the little train ride that will allow you to discover Val Gardena on foot or by bike. The centre of S. Cristina is approx. 500 m away, the centre of Selva approx. 1.8 km. The bus stop, however, is only 500 m away and will allow you to reach both Selva and Ortisei free of charge.
Just next to the house you will find a pizzeria, restaurant and bar. Groceries and other shops are approx. 500 m away, in the centre of S. Cristina.
The pride and joy is the cute little private garden of the house.

Some houses provide remote check-in at the house with access by code, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.
Check-out: In person from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the office of MUSE.holiday in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with access code).
Not all houses allow pets. In order to avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us with a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Cot, high chair and baby cot are available at an extra charge and can be booked in advance.
Check-in after 7 p.m. is only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extra with credit card upon check-in.
The heating is active from October to April (during this period the heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°c).
The charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is only available after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra charge.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an extra charge (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with open windows).
It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let the humidity escape from the flat and to avoid mould growth. If this rule is not respected and at the time of the guests' departure mould is found to be present, charges will be applied to restore the integrity of the flat.
Because of the geographical location, the Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with food products such as spices for the kitchen or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be recharged during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorisation of the security deposit by SWIKLY of 500€ by credit card.
If not previously agreed upon, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided upon check-in have to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for the collection of the keys.
The final cleaning fee covers only the standard cleaning. It does not include the washing of dishes and the removal of rubbish from the flats at the points indicated. Therefore, excessively dirty flats, unwashed dishes and rubbish not removed will be subject to a variable surcharge, depending on the amount of excess hours.
