Integrated into the social area, there is a dedicated entertainment zone with a pool table and a ping pong table, providing moments of fun for the whole family.
The property has four double bedrooms, all en suite with showers, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
There is also an additional service bathroom inside the villa.
The kitchen is fully equipped and harmoniously integrated with the social area, offering ideal conditions for preparing meals practically and pleasantly.
Outdoors, the villa features an elegant, heated infinity pool (additional cost), surrounded by well-kept gardens and various outdoor dining areas.
The barbecue area is perfect for relaxed meals, and there is also an outdoor service bathroom for added convenience.
The upper-floor terrace provides an additional space to relax and enjoy the surrounding environment.
Located in Alvor, this villa is very close to the beaches, the Natural Reserve, as well as local restaurants, bars, and entertainment.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This is a self-catered property.
For added convenience, food hampers (additional cost) can be booked in advance.
Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them.
Group deposit: €400 per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 8 guests.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We loved spending time by the pool, and visiting the Algarbe restaurant recommended by the team was a highlight of our trip.

We had a fantastic stay. The villa was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The pool and terrace areas were ideal for relaxing in the sun. We also really enjoyed taking one of the boat tours organized by the team, which made the trip extra special.
