All these spa towns entice visitors with their healing springs, wellness offerings, and beautiful spa gardens.

Aschach itself is home to the historic Aschach Castle.

In Bad Brückenau and its associated Staatsbad Brückenau, you will also find the German Bicycle Museum and the modern bottling plant for the well-known Bad Brückenauer mineral water.

Bad Kissingen is the most famous of the spa towns and is definitely worth a visit.

For younger visitors, the Klaushof Wildlife Park is nearby, which can be reached from Bad Kissingen via the Kurbähnle (a small tourist train).

Bad Neustadt attracts visitors with its spa facilities and historic buildings, with the Hohntor gate as its landmark. **Conditions/Extras** Payment is due in advance by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.

Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.

Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost.

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. **Unit Description** Our cozy vacation apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Aschach, very close to the historic spa town of Bad Bocklet and only 6 km from the district town of Bad Kissingen.

The vacation apartment is in the basement of a single-family house and has its own entrance.

With a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area, the apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people.

We provide a baby cot for our younger guests.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and a washing machine.

The spacious living area is divided into a dining and television area.

From there, you can access the huge terrace with a beautiful view of our lovely English-style garden with many old trees, a garden pond, and shady spots to relax. **Conditions/Extras** Arrival is possible between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Late arrivals are possible by arrangement.

Departure is possible until 10:00 AM.

Key handover is done in person on-site.

Dogs are allowed upon request (for a fee of 5 Euros per night).

A baby cot is available upon request (5 Euros per stay).

A local tourist tax will be charged separately on-site: - Adult: 2.40 Euros - Severely disabled: 1.90 Euros - Fitters, conference guests: 1.20 Euros - Children under 18 years are free.
