Cosy 3-room flat CHOTTES, ground floor (main entrance level), approx. 42 m²: hall with wardrobe. Living/sleeping room with double sofa bed, table, 2 armchairs, dining area, balcony. Open kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, combined microwave/oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue rechaud and raclette machine. Double bedroom with balcony exit. Bedroom with bunk bed. Shower/WC. Further shower room.
The two residences Pracondu are ideally situated in Nendaz, right next to the gondola lift and the piste Tracouet (both only approx. 60 m away), it is possible to ski from the piste to the house. The centre of Nendaz with all the necessary shops, pubs and restaurants is only 200 m away. Free car park at the residence. Sauna for the general public (for a fee and subject to availability). In the house lift, reception, laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer as well as a ski room with lockable ski box for this flat.
The CHOTTES flat was renovated in 2020 and redesigned with new colour accents and is well, bright and pleasantly furnished. Functional equipment with cable TV, W-LAN (free of charge), balcony and underfloor heating. SMOKING is not permitted in the flat.
The 4 Vallées in winter: The huge ski area of the 4 Vallées stretches from the world-famous ski resort of Verbier in the west to Les Collons in the east. With over 100 lifts and more than 400 km of pistes, its size and diversity make it a true Eldorado for every skier. The ski area is accessible up to an altitude of 3,328 metres and offers slopes of varying difficulty to suit all skiers: from wide "motorway runs" to extremely steep mogul pistes (e.g. on Mont-Fort). The area is also very well-known and popular due to its many deep snow slopes and touring ski pistes, which are, however, reserved for "freaks". The entire ski area is now very well covered in artificial snow, which usually ensures a connection to the various valleys even in winters with little snow.
The 4 Vallées in summer: the area has now also developed into a real "hotspot" for active guests in summer. In addition to designated mountain bike trails, it has also become a meeting point for the paragliding scene.
The pretty holiday resort of Nendaz, at an altitude of just under 1,400 metres, offers an attractive and extensive range of sports, leisure and entertainment activities in both winter and summer:
In winter, among other thingsIn winter, the strategically favourable location in the middle of the ski area (the ski areas of Les Collons and Verbier can both be reached quickly from here), 11 km of cross-country ski trails, ski and cross-country ski schools, ski kindergarten, artificial ice rink, fitness centre with squash, sauna and more. Many winter and snowshoe hiking trails. There are many huts, bars, cafés, dances and restaurants for après-ski fans. Indoor swimming pool in Sion (17 km).
In summer it is very popular due to the very sunny location. A heated outdoor pool (open mid-June to the end of August), almost 300 km of marked hiking trails, marked mountain bike routes (bike hire also available), outdoor tennis courts, paragliding. There is a large 18-hole golf course just 20 kilometres away in Sion. The large Lake Geneva with numerous water sports facilities, leisure parks and the world-famous festival resort of Montreux is 70 km away; the famous Grande-Dixence reservoir is a good 30 km away.
