A spacious apartment, in a striking modern residence, high on a hillside, in a green and quiet area of southern Lugano, with stunning lake views.
This 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, contemporary apartment sleeps 4 people and is the perfect choice for anyone looking to explore the Lago di Lugano at any time of year.
The apartment has elegant parquet floors throughout and many stylish features.
The airy living area is furnished with a chic corner sofa, two armchairs and a large flatscreen HD TV. Wide glass doors lead out onto a covered balcony with a table and four chairs.
At the other end of the living area, there is another balcony which has been glazed over and converted into a bright dining room for 6 people, with stunning views over the lake and Mount San Salvatore. The ultra-modern kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, an American style fridge-freezer, toaster and a Nespresso machine.
Next to the kitchen is a utility room complete with a washing machine and dryer. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The bright master bedroom has a large double bed, ample wardrobe space and a seating area where guests can relax in private.
There is also an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: A sunny room with a corner window and spectacular views over the lake.
This bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed which sleeps 2, a wardrobe and a dressing table that double as a work station if needed.

Very interesting place to stay . Calm and at same time near everything.
Regarding apartment conditions the only thing i've to point is the fact that the 2nd bedroom has not a proper bed , but confortable anyway.
