Are you looking for a special place for your next holiday? How about a detached house with a view of the lake? You'll find just that here! With a plot of approx. 450 m² and a location above the road, you have plenty of space and peace and quiet for your holiday.

The house has a south-facing terrace and a south-facing balcony so you can enjoy the sun to the full. With 75 square metres of living space on three floors, the house offers enough space for up to 6 people. You can choose between 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A baby cot is also available so that even the little ones can enjoy their holiday to the full.

The private barrel sauna with electric heater next to the terrace is particularly inviting. With a diameter of 2.20 metres and a length of 3 metres, it offers enough space for up to 6 people. Everything else has also been thought of: air conditioning for cooling and heating, free WiFi and a digital door lock for arriving and departing at any time (no key handover necessary).

In the living area, you will find a cosy seating area with satellite TV, Fire TV Stick for streaming your favourite films and series, DAB+, Bluetooth, Internet radio and games console (Nintendo Wii). A wood-burning stove with three viewing panels in all directions creates a cosy atmosphere. The large table offers space for 6 people and there is also a high chair for the little ones.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a successful holiday: Bosch ceramic hob, 4 in 1 microwave with hot air function, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster and sandwich maker, Nespresso and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler and plenty of crockery and glasses.

The bathroom and guest WC offer the perfect place to relax with natural light and a towel radiator in the bathroom. You will sleep soundly in the three bedrooms with a total of 6 beds and on the top floor you have direct access to the south-facing balcony.

In the garden you will find an open lawn with lake views from the south-facing terrace and balcony. Comfortable patio chairs with table and two deckchairs invite you to relax. A charcoal barbecue is available for cosy barbecues.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, please remember to bring your own bed linen and towels. However, if you have forgotten this or would like to borrow it, this is also possible and you can order this during online check-in.

Please also note that the municipality of Kirchheim charges a bed tax of 1.00 euro per person per night. In some booking channels this will be charged directly, otherwise we will send you an invoice.

We would also like to point out that electricity costs, including heating and water heating, are not included in your booking. The costs are charged according to consumption and amount to 0.50 euros per kWh. But don't worry, we only use green electricity from TÜV-Sued certified sources.

If you would like to use the wood-burning stove, please bring firewood with you or buy it from nearby supermarkets such as Rewe in Kirchheim.

Arrival is possible from 3 pm and departure must be by 10 am. However, if you would like an early arrival from 1 pm or a late departure until 1 pm, you can book this directly during your online check-in for a fee, subject to availability.

Please note that a deposit of 150 euros must be paid by credit card before arrival. Your details will be stored during online check-in and our system will automatically authorise your card before arrival. The release of the reservation can take up to 7 days after departure, provided there are no damages and all payments have been received by us.

Our holiday homes are rented exclusively to holiday guests and no business travellers/mechanics.

Finally, we would like to point out that our holiday home is a non-smoking house. Please note that if you disregard the smoking ban, a basic cleaning will be carried out and this will be charged at least 250 euros extra.

If you would like to pamper yourself, our barrel sauna right next to the house is also available on request. If you would like to use it, you can only book it during online check-in. The costs for final cleaning and disinfection are a flat rate of 50 euros.

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you. They can stay with us for a fee of 10 euros per dog per night. You can simply add them to your booking during online check-in.

You can plan your activities and find out about the surrounding area from the comfort of your own home. The Wi-Fi password and your access code can also be found in the guest portal.

In order for you to have access to the guest portal, we will send you your link by email directly after booking. You can also check in online in your guest portal from 6 days before arrival. You will automatically receive your personal access code by email and text message after check-in. You will also find it in your guest portal.
