This completely newly renovated holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of a centrally located holiday home in a short
walk (500 metres) to Es Trenc beach. On a living area of approx. 80 square metres, the apartment has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 people), 1 bathroom (with bathtub), a spacious living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a 20 square metre terrace with garden furniture. The living area, the master bedroom and the semi-covered terrace are south-facing.
The modern design and the furnishings (from high-quality wine glasses to the new flat-screen TV with German TV reception and the air conditioning K/W) of the apartment offer an upscale ambience. The cosy flat meets all German standards and will give you an unforgettable dream holiday.
Description of the surrounding area:
The flat is centrally located on the Avenida, the restaurants, cafes and shops are in the immediate vicinity. You can go for a stroll and usually find what you are looking for with this great offer. In summer, the very popular night market takes place every Wednesday in Colonia Sant Jordi. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars offer live music and much more. The natural beach of Es Trenc is easy to reach on foot and is also very suitable for children, as it goes slowly and shallowly into the depths. Es Trenc is also known as the "Caribbean of Mallorca", and not without good reason. You can walk for hours and find unspoilt beaches. In one direction to Cap de Ses Salines or in the other direction via Ses Covetes to Sa Rapita, you will find everything you need for a dream holiday. Towards Sa Rapita you will find beach bars offering snacks, coffee and ensaimadas. You live very central but still very quiet. Shopping, strolling, beach, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and doctors: everything is within walking distance.

The beautiful village of Colónia Sant Jordi and its beaches are also known as the "Caribbean" of Mallorca. Bays with fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear water. The natural beach "Es Trenc", the only unspoilt beach on the island. Sports facilities: Hiking, horse riding, tennis, sailing, cycling, Colónia St. Jordi has a wonderful hiking and cycling area. Bicycles can be hired in the village. There is a regular bus service to Palma during the day. Every day there is an excursion boat to the island of Cabrera. Surfing, inline skating, fitness, aerobics, batuka... The beautiful harbour, beaches, shops, restaurants etc. are all within easy walking distance. 40 km to Palma de Mallorca.
