The beautiful property is located directly on the sea on the second largest island of Greece – on Evia. Evia (Euboea) is only 45 minutes from Athens and is connected to the mainland by 2 bridges, one of which spans the Euripos, the narrowest strait in the world at only 40 metres.
Evia is a natural paradise with picturesque beaches, secluded bays and in many places you can feel the original Greece!
The property offers you all the comfort and luxury you could wish for on a relaxing holiday. The classically designed villa has 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room to make you feel at home. With the adjoining flat on the ground floor, the villa can accommodate 10 people. The private pool is located directly on the sea with a marvellous view!
The romantically designed outdoor area with palm and olive trees, offers you a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a fantastic view of the sea! There is also a private chapel on the property.
The property has 3 floors. You can enjoy the marvellous sea view from all rooms. The beach is a 3-minute walk away.
