The 46 square metre studio is located on the top floor of the historic Villa Germania. From the third floor of the house, which you reach via a staircase, you can enjoy a unique view. The flat has two rooms, a living room with kitchenette and dining area with cosy couch and TV, as well as a bedroom with double bed (200cm x 200cm). From the floor-to-ceiling window in the bedroom, you can look out over the roofs of the Kaiserbad to a small wood.
The high table in the living room will quickly become your favourite spot, as you can enjoy an unmistakable view of the Baltic Sea from here. This view is only surpassed by the projection in front of the skylight, where you can make yourself comfortable with a cushion to read a book or simply listen to the sound of the waves.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hob and all the smaller, electronic items for daily use. A small storage room under the sloping roof can be used by children as a retreat or sleeping area. (There is a mattress on the floor). Alternatively, up to two children can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room (140cm x 200cm). The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. Due to the sloping roof, the standing height of the bathtub is limited. Particularly family-friendly are the high chair already in the flat, as well as the baby travel cot including mattress but without linen.
The WLAN of the flat is free of charge. There is no car parking space at the house. Please use the public car parks in the surrounding area.
