Situated in a lovely residential area between Lignano Sabbiadoro and Pineta, the terraced villas are approximately 1km away from the beach and the town centre of Sabbiadoro.
Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
The covered parking in the basement of the house is suitable for two smaller cars or one larger car.
Additional parking is available on the public street. Special Air conditioning, central heating.
Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine.
TV reception via satellite. For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher. Pool All pools are available for your shared use.

Ligger i gå afstand til det meste, ac i hele lejligheden.
Sengene. De var ikke gode. Der mangler som minimum en topmadras, og der var ingen "dyne" af nogen art.
Køkkenet mangler en ovn.
Poolen var lidt for kold.

Wir waren zum 3. Mal in der kleinen Anlage und fühlen uns dort sehr wohl. Die Anlage ist perfekt für Familien mit Hund. Die Häuser sind wunderschön und geräumig.
