This fantastic apartment for up to 4 people is located in Llenaire, a very quiet residential area of Port de Pollença. Fully equipped, Voramar 2H has everything you need to spend a quiet holiday by the sea, it is located less than 300 meters from the beach of Port de Pollença. As far as the exterior is concerned, the accommodation has a furnished terrace and garden with a communal pool.
Port de Pollença is one of the most attractive areas in the north of Mallorca, as it combines all the amenities of a coastal area (beach, restaurants, pubs ...) with the tranquility of a residential area by the sea. It is ideal to enjoy the terraces watching the sunset or relax walking along the promenade next to the beach.
It is also very close to beautiful coves such as Formentor or Cala de Sant Vicenç. On the other hand, it is only 7 minutes by car from the wonderful town of Pollença and only 10 minutes from Alcúdia or the Port of Alcúdia. Air conditioning: - As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the apartment has hot/cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms. - The use of the air conditioning is automatically limited to the following hours: 12:00h. - 16:00h / 19:00h. - 5:00h Included in the price: - Electrical consumption- Final cleaningCosts to be paid at destination not included in the price: - Tourism Tax (mandatory) Notes: - The information of all guests (name, surnames, gender, date of birth, passport number/identity document, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the arrival date to the accommodation through our platform.

Finestre presenti in ogni stanza e bagno(anche se piccole), buona dotazione di cucina,
Balcone ideale per mangiare in 4 persone.
Appartamento pulito, tranquillo.
Due piani scale strette poco comodi con valigie grandi, se ci fosse ascensore sarebbe l'ideale.
Il balcone non ha una veranda per le ore pomeridiane con molto sole.

We had a pleasant weeks stay at Voramar apartment 2H. The apartment is clean and functional with good air conditioning in the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable enough albeit a little hard for us, but that is personal preference of course. Loads of wardrobe space. The sofas could definitely do with...
