Beautiful townhouse house recently renovated and with private pool in the center of Mallorca.
This wonderful and functional house is located in Ariany, a small and very nice village in the center of the island of Mallorca.
The house, which preserves details of a typical Mallorcan house, is fully equipped and is perfect for a quiet family holiday away from tourist crowds.
It also has a private pool, a small garden and several terraces ideal for spending time outdoors.
It has a covered barbecue equipped with TV perfect for meals and small celebrations during your stay. Ariany is a small town located east of the island.
There you will find some restaurants, supermarkets, and various services.
In addition, in the center every Thursday the weekly market is held, a perfect occasion to buy fresh fruit and vegetables or other artisanal products.
Without a doubt, it is an ideal place to discover the essence of Mallorca.
On the other hand, the house is only twenty minutes by car from the tourist areas of Can Picafort and Platges de Muro and its spectacular sandy beaches. La casa es un verdadero sueño, grande, limpia, decorada con estilo. La terraza y la piscina son fantásticas. Joan, su dueño, es una persona muy amable, y se mostró atento a nuestras necesidades. Ha sido un placer pasar allí unos días. Muy recomendable!!

Spacious place. Many things belonging in the kitchen you can find it here. This was very convenient. Drying machine was also available. The house doesn't get hot even without A/C on. Many other advantages. I recommend it alot.
