This impressive new house is located on the beach and has direct access to the sand.

It has modern interiors and furniture, all in a Scandinavian style. It breathes peace and tranquility and becomes the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor, the house has a large equipped central kitchen, large living room and living room with fireplace.

All this open to the sea through huge double-height windows that give the house an enormous breadth. The terrace, with its stunning views of the beach, is fully furnished with outdoor sofas and outdoor dining table.

In the area around this beautiful holiday home you will find several beaches such as Cala Ferrera, Cala Mondrago, Cala Sa Nau. All of them are waiting to be discovered. The closest is Cala Murada. There are many restaurants in the beautiful port of Porto Colom. The magnificent Proto Petro marina with its numerous restaurants and bars is only a few minutes away. Porto Cristo and the famous stalactite caves, Cuevas des Drac are 20 minutes away. The next largest cities could be Felanitx and Manacor, both can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car. Every Saturday there will be a market in Felanitx and Manacor is famous for Majorcan pearls. Golf and tennis fans will be happy, because there are several courts nearby. The great Vall d 'Or golf course with its breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea is just one of them.

As a courtesy, two hours of cleaning and domestic service per day are included (Monday to Saturday).

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has a centralized system of cold / hot air conditioning.
