Beautiful house with terrace in Can Picafort.
This beautiful house is located in the center of Can Picafort, in a quiet area a few meters from its spectacular sandy beach.
The accommodation, modern and functional, has been recently renovated and is perfectly equipped as it has everything you need to spend a fantastic vacation on the island.
It also has a fantastic furnished terrace perfect to enjoy the magnificent weather that the island offers. Can Picafort is one of the most famous tourist areas of the island.
There you can find many restaurants, supermarkets and shops or enjoy family activities.
But undoubtedly, the most spectacular of the area is its large sandy beach.
In addition, in the center every Friday the weekly market is celebrated, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables or handicrafts.
On the other hand, the area is very well connected by public transport with Platges de Muro or Port d'Alcúdia, other tourist reference areas. Air conditioning: As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has a hot / cold air conditioning unit in the living room.
In the other rooms you will find fans and radiators at your disposal. Costs to be paid at destination not included in the price: - Tourist Tax (Required) Notes: - The information of all guests (name, surnames, gender, date of birth, passport number / identity document, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the arrival date to the accommodation through our platform.- The house has a camera.

I had a nice Stay in casa maria, its a lots of bigger then excepted. Very nice and super clean. You get everthing what you need:-) There were some cameras inside the Apartment, the host didnt tell us that. So that wasnt realy nice. But everthing else was great in this house I can absolutely recommend this apartment.

Excelente alojamiento, buena ubicación en sector tranquilo de Can Picafort. Buena terraza y casa habilitada con todas las comodidades necesarias para unas relajadas vacaciones a 2 minutos del Mar. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado a nuestra llegada y la comunicación siempre fue rápida y fluida. Totalmente recomendado
