Nestled just a few steps from the famous Piazza Grande of Locarno, this romantic studio apartment provides you with the perfect base to enjoy everything possible that this charming city has to offer.
From the funicular to the historic Madonna del Sasso to Locarno Falconry and Lido di Locarno, all attractions of this lakeside town are within a quick few steps from the holiday apartment. The cosy fifth-floor retreat enjoys lift access and some of the most attractive panoramic views of Locarno.
It has a light-filled sleeping area with big windows that allow maximum contact with nature and central heating to enjoy a holiday any time of the year.
A dining set-up along with a fully-equipped kitchen makes a self-catered stay carefree here. Essential kitchen utilities include an oven, Mokka coffee machine, induction hob, toaster, and fridge with freezer. A Wifi mobile device can be provided for a fee. Sleeping There is a double bed and a single sofa bed inside the studio. Bathroom The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. Additional • No microwave available • Ironing Facilities • Car not necessary • Wardrobe • Not suitable for children and elderly people • Pets are not allowed • TV • Paid public parking Note: Upon arrival, you'll find a complimentary welcome kit that includes one bath towel and one face towel per person, a shower kit, two rolls of toilet paper, a kitchen kit with dish soap and a sponge, and a 35-liter garbage bag provided by the municipality. As this is a self-catering accommodation, these items are provided in case you forget anything and are kindly provided.

Just a stone’s throw away are located several restaurants, the Locarno Casino and a supermarket. Within a 5-minutes walk is Locarno’s Lungalago with a lakeside promenade for romantic evening strolls, Piazza Grande with its vibrant shops, restaurants and gelaterias, the beautiful Fontana Pedrazzini and even the funicular to the iconic Madonna del Sasso.
For our active guests, the Lido di Locarno, a golf course and the famous Locarno Falconry are a 15-20 minutes walk away.

The room met all our expectations. The Prosecco bottle is a nice touch.
Negative: too insistent on contacting me : I received 5 emails, 1 booking.com notifiaction and was contacted by 3 different phone numbers on whatsapp (all of this before my arrival). And now i continue to recieve multiple emails to ask for a rating. I KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU STOP EMAILING ME FROM HERE ON !

Die Lage nah an der Piazza Grande ist perfekt, ebenso die Aussicht auf die Stadt und den Berghang gegenüber.
Die Wohnung ist sauber.
Die Übergabe vor Ort war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr minimalistisch und auch von einfachster Qualität. Das Sofa ist so wackelig, dass man sich nicht traut, darauf zu sitzen.
