Beautiful house with private pool and garden in Selva. This beautiful house is located in a very quiet area, at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana.
The house is very spacious and bright and has everything you need to spend a quiet holiday on the island.
As far as the exterior is concerned, it has a large natural grass garden, swimming pool and several furnished terraces perfect for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent climate that the island offers. The house is located in Selva, a small and picturesque town at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site.
There you will find some restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The weekly market is held every Wednesday, a perfect occasion to buy fresh fruit and vegetables or artisan products.
Inca is the nearest city, less than 10 minutes by car. There you will find a wide leisure offer.
As far as the surroundings are concerned, it is worth approaching the picturesque villages of Caimari or Mancor de la Vall.
In addition, in less than 30 minutes driving you will reach any area of the north coast of the island, where you can enjoy the endless beaches of sand and crystalline waters such as those of the Bay of Alcudia, or other smaller and more exclusive beaches such as from Bonaire, Mal Pas or Manresa.
It is also close to one of the most sought-after tourist areas of the island, Port de Pollença, where you will find a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Air conditioning: As for the air conditioning system, the house has air conditioning and heating. An amazing weeks stay for our family of 4. Lovely well kept garden and plenty of outdoor and indoor space to spread out. Particularly enjoyed the pool house and roof terrace. Lovely views from the bedrooms. Property managed by downstairs residents who were most helpful but left us to enjoy the villa. No overlooked at all. 5 stars. Thank you
