Wg mnie apartament nie miał 45m2 chyba że z balkonem naszym i sąsiadki 😄 byliśmy rodzinnie 2+1 (14latka) i pokój był bardzo mały także po rozłożeniu kanapy i łóżka z szafy 😄dla córki nie dalo się otworzyć drzwi balkonowych w całości.
