The studio is located in an apartment house and is furnished in a modern and typical country style. The property is located on a farm, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities and terrace.


Holiday resort
1 restaurant and common room. For dinner, we spoil our guests with Tuscan specialties, which are served in the restaurant or on the terrace at the main house. On our farm we produce wine from the region.

The holiday apartment is located in Cerreto Guidi, in the rolling hills of the area between Montalbano and the Arno river. A place that offers the opportunity to experience authentic Tuscan life in the midst of the peace and beauty of nature. Parking is available on the property.
