We are located in the ZTL. Quik Policlinico car park, for payment, about 10 minutes on foot. Apartment located on the second floor of a building without a lift. 25 sqm studio comfortably accommodates 2 people with a double bed. Kitchenette with washing machine, microwave and various cooking utensils. Double bed. Bathroom equipped with shower and hairdryer. Other services available: split A / C, heating by split, free unlimited wifi, iron and clothesline. Cot for babies upon request and payment. City tax not included in the rate.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Bologna. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Nice place but was surprised that with the price of well over $200 a night that toilet paper was not included. There was only 1/2 roll when we arrived, and the guests are to supply their own....That is something I've never heard of at any place I've stayed, budget or otherwise.

la posizione e il riscaldamento assenza bidet. macchie sul pavimento del bagno bagno troppo piccolo per muoversi e di certo non ho apprezzato il ritrovarmi un paio di boxer sporchi di chissa chi nell’armadio sorvoliamo poi sulla poca cortesia del mio “referente”
