Comfortable 50 sqm apartment with terrace, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the fifth floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people - 15 steps to access it).
The property is located in a quiet area of Taormina, just a 5-minute walk from Corso Umberto, the city's main street. The accommodation consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. ***Airport shuttle service from/to Catania Airport available upon request*** The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge, kettle, oven, microwave and kitchenware), dining table, TV, double sofa bed and access to the terrace; - TERRACE with table and chairs; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living area), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd. For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following: EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30 EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00 Late check-ins are not available after 00:00. Highly recommend. Perfect location for walking into Taormina, to the cable cars, restaurants, bars etc. Host was amazing with giving recommendations and communication.

Lage ist gut, man läuft 5min bis zum Zentrum. Schöner Ausblick. Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Eine der Matratzen total durchgelegen, Toilettensitz ist nahezu durchgebrochen. Der Preis war für die angebotene Leistung gerade noch ok.

Die Wohnung war wie aufgeführt und hatte eine gute Lage mit einer traumhaften Aussicht vom Balkon. Durch das Sofa welches als Bett verwendet wurde, war die Beweglichkeit in der Küche/dem Wohnzimmer etwas eingeschränkt. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war sehr gut.
