The apartment has no parking but a paid garage is available 100 meters from the apartment which also releases the permits for the ZTL, San Petronio Vecchio Parking.

You have to go up 4 flights of stairs. It comfortably accommodates 3 people (in 45 msq).

The location was very good and the apartment was in general comfy enough. The fact that it was a bit smelly when we first entered. The bathroom sink was broken so it could be dangerous. Also, water came out of the shower when you were using it,so the floor was wet.

Posizione comodissima, gestore gentile e disponibile anche nel deposito bagagli prima dell’orario di check in. Balconcino ottimo per i fumatori (nelle foto non rende), doccia e phon. Il lavandino era danneggiato ma utilizzabile, sarebbe stato bello avere a disposizione sale da cucina, olio e altri essenziali ma tutto sommato la cucina era ben attrezzata.
