Lovely apartment of about 30 sqm, able to accomodate up to 3 guests, located on the second floor of a well-maintained historic building (NO elevator). The property is in the heart of Florence’s historic center, just a two-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, and a short distance from all major attractions (Restricted Traffic Area).
The apartment features a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kitchenware), dining table and single sofa bed;
- BEDROOM with double bed, TV and clothes hanger;
- BATHROOM with sink, shower box and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wifi, split air conditioning (in the room), independent heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

From the apartment you can lose yourself in the streets of the center and enjoy the whole atmosphere of this city! We recommend you to see Ponte Vecchio, the most beautiful bridge in Florence and one of the most photographed in the world; Uffizi Gallery, a treasure trove of masterpieces from every century and a destination dreamed of by art lovers; the extraordinary Piazza della Signoria and the wonderful Duomo (Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore). The apartment was beautiful, exactly as advertised, a single bedroom/bathroom with a kitchenette and a couch. Its location was great, it was just 100 meters from the Ponte Vecchio and near the main shopping street and the Duomo. It was a perfect spot to stay for a few days and see Florence. I highly...
