Cozy apartment perfect for 4 people, located 500 m away by foot from the famous Piazzale Michelangelo and a 5 minutes walk from San Niccolò, historic district in Florence that still preserves its medieval atmosphere, from where you can easily reach the main points of interest of the city.
The flat, furnished with new and modern furniture, is located in a newly renovated building.

The 40 sqm apartment is located on ground floor of a renovated building without elevator.
Please, pay attention to the steps that lead to the bedroom and to the one that leads to the kitchen. The space is organized as follows: - KITCHEN with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware; - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed and TV; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower box; - STORAGE ROOM. Further facilities available for guests: independent heating, free WiFi, split AC in the kitchen, in the bedroom and living room, washer-dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests. Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in, hand over the keys and show you the apartment.
We are available to guests for any inquiries and information, to make your stay even more interesting and comfortable. For any unexpected event or clarification we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail. IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: - EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00; - EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00; - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.30 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The city tax of €5.50 per night per person will be charged in cash. From the flat it's possible to reach the Basilica of Santa Croce in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as Ponte Vecchio walking on the Lungarno. in the neighborhood you can find artisan shops, art galleries, restaurants and bars to enjoy italian aperitifs, which contribute to the charm and authenticity of the neighborhood. In 15 minutes on foot you can reach the historic center and from here you can easily visit all the main points of interest in the city, like the beautiful Basilica di Santa Croce.
Symbol of Florence, the Basilica hosts a great artistic heritage, such as Gaddi and Giotto's frescoes and Donatello's "Annunciazione", a relief carved in pietra serena. Moreover, the Basilica is Michelangelo, Rossini, Macchiavelli and Galileo Galilei's burial place. From the flat you can reach in about 10 minutes on foot, by taking stairs or uphill road, Forte Belvedere, and passing through the Rose Garden, you can also reach Piazzale Michelangelo, the most important terrace in Florence, that is reproduced in countless postacards, a must for tourists visiting the city. -From the Amerigo Vespucci Florence Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by T2 line Unita to Alamanni - Stazione Santa Maria Novella stop and here you can take the 370A line San Casciano Autostazione to Viale Galileo V stop, a 10 minutes walk away from the flat. -From Santa Maria Novella station it is possible to reach the apartment in a 30 minutes walk or by taking C4 “Presidio Ospedaliero Palagi” line, from Stazione Scalette to Ponte alle Grazie stop, a 7 minutes walk from the flat. If you're travelling by car, please pay attention to the Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL) access. It is possible to park for a fee at Garage dei Tintori, 10 minutes away on foot from the house, or at Garage Palazzo Vecchio, 15 minutes away.

I booked this apartment because was listed as 2 bedroom. But in fact it is not just one bedroom and a sofa bed in the leaving room

Apartamento precioso y muy bien reformado. Cama comodisíma, con dos tamaños de almohada a elegir y a 15 min andando del centro. Tranquilidad y seguridad. Pocas indicaciones de la casa. Aprendimos nosotros a programar la calefación y nos encontramos con vajilla sucia. Las sartenes están muy viejitas y no se puede cocinar en ellas.
