The position of the house is ideal for visiting the city, it is immersed in the magic of the "squares", and is a stone's throw from the Scrovegni Chapel, the Palazzo Bo, the Palazzo della Ragione, the Duomo and is just a 15-minute walk from the Basilica of Sant'Antonio . Staying with us, you don't need a car or public transport! Nice 35 sq.mt studio apartment is located on the third floor of an elegant building with a lift (but it is not suitable for the disabled) and Concierge. Internally the accommodation consists of: BEDROOM: equipped with a queen bed KITCHEN: open-plan kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, electric kettle and kitchen utensils. BATHROOM: with shower and bidet. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Smart TV, unlimited pocket WIFI, air conditioning (1 central hot and cold convector), central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Cot rental for a fee - 20 euros per stay Child seat rental on request for a fee - 15 euros per stay The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law. It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm. If required, check-in can be done directly in the apartment, with a supplement of EUR 15.00, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in must be done online as well as the payment of the tourist tax, before your arrival, equal to EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 5 nights only, as required by the municipality of Padua. I’m confused why this is mentioning a winery and vineyard. Didn’t ever know or see it?! I booked a city centre studio apartment. It was easy in and out good location for walking around the city. With windows open it can be very noisy but that’s to be expected I’m sure. Freezer was full of buildup s...

Posizione favolosa, a poche decine di metri dalla stazione, praticamente in centro storico. Circondato da servizi (linee autobus e tram a 50 metri) e negozi per shopping e spese di ogni genere. il dover recuperare le chiavi in una altra sede, avrei preferito una cassetta con un codice nello stabile.
