The space

This modern and spacious 85 sq.mt apartment is located on the first floor of a restored period building without a lift. The house is located in the residential area in the center of Padua, 5 minutes walk from Prato della Valle, 10 minutes walk from the Basilica del Santo.

The accommodation has a large living room with sitting area, a comfortable open kitchen with dining area, fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, electric

kettle, moka and kitchen utensils, two lovely bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other one with two single beds (both chambers equipped with AC split), a bathroom with shower cabin, bidet and hairdryer.

All the furniture is extremely refined and refined in detail, you will feel just like you were at home!

Our guests will also have access to unlimited WiFi, fan, TV, high chair for small children, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, independent heating, mosquito nets in all windows

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.


It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.



For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
