The approximately 40sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a non-renovated period building with no lift. It is composed of a living room with a dining area, a kitchen equipped with a stove, a fridge, an electric kettle, a gas oven, and wine glasses.

Toilet with bidet and shower. Bed linen and towels included.


TV, fan, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, air conditioning.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
