This lovely 100 sqm apartment is located on the fourth floor of a renovated building with elevator, in a very safe area right in the center of Mestre, easily reachable from the airports, train station, cruise terminal. Our flat can accommodate up to 4 people, and has a living room with a queen sofa bed and a dining area, a kitchen and a nice bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy pleasant breakfasts and complete lunches - stove, oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses and moka. Bathroom with shower and bidet. Other amenities available to guests: WiFi, air conditioning (in the bedroom), central heating, LED TV, washing machine, clothesline, hangers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, two terraces. All the furniture is extremely refined and finished in the details, you will feel just like you were at home! Guests must show ID documents upon arrival.

The tourist tax is not included in the price, you have to pay it in cash upon arrival.

It's € 4 per person per day for the first 5 days.

Children 0-9 years are exempt, children 10-16 years have a reduction on the tax of 50%. Please kindly note we always need to know in advance your arrival time.

During the day you will be immersed in everyday life of the area, with bars and shops in the neighborhood (including a bakery particularly appreciated), open-air market, multi-store and all kinds of shops (clothing, footwear, bookstores , pharmacies, herbalists) all within walking distance. The same applies to banks, postal services, support points for mobile telephony and IT. In the evening pizzerias, traditional restaurants, trendy and ethnic (in particular Japanese and Lebanese), cafes and ice cream parlors, as well as a multiplex cinema, can be reached by walk in a few minutes. Both day and night and night it is very easy to get to and from the historic center of Venice very fast: the apartment is on the public transport lines with the greatest frequency of connections. The neighborhood where the house is located is very quiet because it is surrounded by other small houses, although this is only a few minutes away from everything.
