Our flat can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults, and has a large living room with sofa (which can be used as an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old) and open kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom with a shower.
All the furniture is extremely refined and finished in the details, you will feel just like you are at home! The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and cooking utensils, and will allow you to prepare quick snacks or complete meals.
Our guests will also have TV, washing machine, drying rack, iron, fan and independent heating, free parking at the underground floor To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality ofTrieste, equal to EUR 2. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C This flat has an Automated Smartlock door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date. Prywatne miejsce parkingowe w hali garażowej w centrum Triestu dodatkowo pełne wyposażenie apartamentu, pralka, zmywarka, dużo przestrzeni oraz działająca klimatyzacja. Wszystko bardzo czyściuteńkie :)

Ottima la posizione e il garage
Abbiamo trovato un'asciugamano appesa e sporca nel bagno, il piumone presentava macchiette di sangue. Il divano era scomodo e la carta igienica per 4 giorni era insufficiente ( 2 rotoli e uno già iniziato).
Apartamento amplio. Cochera incomoda con sorpresas con los vecinos.

Era un departamento amplio
La cochera era muy incomoda. Tienen que revisar los limites de estacionamientos. Los lugares para estacionar son solo aptos para autos de pequeñas dimensiones.
Pagué 1676,30 euros a booking y recibí factura por 1278 euros. Solicito explicación.
