In 55 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 3 people.
Located in a strategic position a short distance from the Colosseum, the Colle Oppio Park and the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano.
In front of the apartment is the Basilica of San Clemente, one of the richest churches in Rome's history and in the surroundings of the apartment there is a wide choice of typical bars and restaurants.
The internal space is divided as follows:

AC split. KITCHEN: hob, oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, juicer blender, moka pot and utensils. BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe, split A/C. BATHROOM (inside the bedroom): shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink, hairdryer. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, washer-dryer, drying rack, clothes hanger, iron and ironing board. Independent heating with heat pumps. Registration number ATR-009877-1 -From Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station thanks to the Leonardo Express service.
From the station you can reach the apartment thanks to line 714 with the "Merulana / Labicana" stop, 7 minutes away on foot. -From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach the "Cinecittà" subway thanks to line 520.
Continue by subway to the "Manzoni" stop, a 10-minute walk from the apartment -From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the 714 line with the "Merulana / Labicana" stop, 7 minutes away on foot. If you are traveling by car it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street or at the Park Colosseo S.r.l. (8 minutes away on foot). The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival. In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm. Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment. Silence from 10PM to 8AM To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings. Very good location- the Colosseum is 50-80m from apartment, even visible from the window. Appr. 50m away is a shop that is open 24 hours. Very cosy and nice apartament, very comfortable and big bed. dirty tea cups and some glasses

El apartamento estaba muy bien, la ubicación era perfecta. Desde la ventana se ve el coliseo. El baño era lo más viejo de la casa, pero tenía todo lo necesario. Había algo de polvo bajo las mesillas de noche del dormitorio. El chico que nos recibió el primer día fue muy simpático y comunicarse con el fue muy fácil.
