The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift, not suitable for the disabled.

In 45 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 3 people with one bedroom.


Located in the Portello district, one of the most historic areas of the city.

It is proximity to the University Institutes.

The main hospitals of Padua are easily reachable on foot.


LIVING AREA. Living room with sofa and 32" Smart TV and kitchen equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher, microvave, electric kettle, traditional oven and various utensils.

BATHROOM. Shower box, bidet, hairdryer.

BEDROOM. Double bed and single bed on the mezzanine.

FREE UNLIMITED WIFI.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Fan, iron and ironing board, clothesline, washing machine, split A / C in the living area and in the sleeping area.


IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua, equal to EUR 1, for the first 5 nights.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.


It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.


For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
