Our room is on the ground floor of an early 20th century villa, on two floors, where there are other private rooms, with some common spaces such as the kitchen and the garden with a relax area.
The house is located in the Gavinana district, a residential area but full of shops, bars and restaurants.
A 5-minute walk to the Coop supermarket.
Specifically, Beatrice's room, elegant and refined, remains autonomous with a private bathroom while the kitchen is shared with other condominiums

The room has all the necessary amenities to guarantee a great stay.
Comfortable double bed, split air conditioning inside the room, television, free wifi, small desk, iron, drying rack.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
On the ground floor shared with other condominiums kitchen with coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave and various utensils.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€5,50 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

You can enjoy the beautiful views walking along the river, there is a park along the river starts from here too, perfect for who likes running, walking or cycling.
Less than 5mins walk you can arrive the commercial center, there is a big supermarket COOP. You can find bars, restaurants, shops, ect. everything around here. From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport, you can reach the apartment as follows: take the Line T2 and get off at the "Rosselli" stop, then take line 353A and get off at the "Viale Giannotti" stop, just 200m from the flat. From Santa Maria Novella station, the structure can be reached in less than 20 minutes, by the 350A line with the final stop "Viale Giannotti", just 200m from the apartment. The flat is located outside the Limited Traffic Zone, therefore it is easily reachable by car and it is possible to park on the street.
