The bed slats didn't correctly fit the frame so the mattress would fall through if you leaned on it wrong, there were ants all orund the bathroom, the shower was not in a good state, the sofa was broken, the door to the terrace was broken and the stove to cook didn't work, the shower runs out of hot water really fast.
