This apartment is located on the top floor of a country villa
Characterized by large spaces including an inviting very bright living room thanks to large windows, a kitchen and a large bedroom accessible via a spiral staircase
Among the common areas a beautiful terrace and a porch with a beautiful view of the garden and swimming pool
All the garden, the porches and the swimming pool are shared and accessible to guests

The outdoor spaces, such as the swimming pool, are shared. Independent entrance.
There are steps at the entrance and a spiral staircase to the sleeping area.
Free parking space outside the apartment on the street, NOT INCLUDED in the courtyard.
In 120 square meters of space it is divided as follows
LIVING AREA: kitchen equipped with moka, washing machine and various kitchen utensils. Living room with relax area.
BATHROOM: shower box, bidet and hairdryer.
DOUBLE BEDROOM: two single beds that can be joined into a double bed.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: split air conditioning, free unlimited wifi, iron and clothesline.
Porch with outdoor furniture for the exclusive use of guests, while the swimming pool is shared with the owner.
There are video surveillance cameras in the outdoor area, facing the pool and the gate.
The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Parma Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th
Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.
The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00
