Cozy and bright 70 sqm apartment, structured on two levels and located on the ground floor of a renovated period building.
Perfect for 5 people, the accommodation enjoys an ideal location to easily reach any monument in the historic city center on foot. It is possible to move around the city on foot.
The bus stop and public transport are within walking distance of the apartment. The internal space is organized as follows: - BEDROOM I (mezzanine) with two single beds that can be joined to form a double, a single sofa bed, and a wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers; - KITCHEN with moka, washing machine, traditional oven and microwave, toaster and kitchenware; - LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed and dining table; - BATHROOM with shower, bidet and hairdryer. Other services available to guests: split air conditioning (present in the two bedrooms), free wifi, television, iron and clothesline. Please, pay attention to children since there are internal stairs. PETS: Pets allowed on request upon payment of 40 euros per stay for thorough cleaning. PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests. Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out. MOVEMENTS: - From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car/taxi; or by taking the shuttle to Bologna Central Station to continue by train to Ferrara Station. Then continue by taking bus no. 1 / 6 / 9 to the "Giovecca Montebello" stop, 4 minutes walk from the property; Travel time: approximately 1 hour. - From Ferrara station, you can take bus no. 1 / 6 / 9 to the "Giovecca Montebello" stop, 4 minutes walk from the property; Travel time: approximately 15 minutes. - For those traveling by car, it is possible to park (for a fee) at the San Guglielmo garage, open 24 hours, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
Alternatively, it is possible to park for free on the street (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable). USEFUL INFORMATION: Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Al’inizio non abbiamo trovato certe indicazione rispetto la luce e l’aria condizionata, ma fra poco ci siamo riusciti a fare tutto… Ambiente pulito e ben fornito con le cose necessari per stare tranquilli a questo periodo, il cortile molto verde con pieno delle piante… locale tranquillo e selenziozo! Grazie!

Pobyt był bardzo przyjemny; mieszkanie jest przestronne, było przygotowane bez zarzutu – czyste i dobrze zaopatrzone. Świetna i klimatyczna lokalizacja z zapewnioną prywatnością, bardzo blisko historycznego centrum. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecam!
A due passi dal centro e parcheggio davanti casa. Piccolo giardino gradevolissimo e casa accogliente e ben strutturata.
