The accommodation is located in the Aurora district, a quiet residential area equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: bars, supermarkets and all kinds of shops are a short distance away. The area is well connected to the center, reachable by a pleasant walk along the Dora river in 20 minutes or by public transport. Assigned parking space included!


The 56 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevator: to reach it, it is necessary to climb some steps if you enter from the entrance, not present if you enter from the courtyard.

- Two small terraces of 6 sqm each, with access respectively from the kitchen and the living room, the latter equipped with table and chairs x2
